Our Policies


Registartion and Payment

Confirmation policy: A company purchase order and payment must be received 10 days prior to first day of class. Payment may be made via check, or credit card. With all purchase orders, invoices are due upon receipt and must be received 10 days prior to first day of training. Confirmation of registration will immediately follow the receipt of company purchase order and completed registration form.

AccessIT Group recommends registering for training at least three weeks in advance of the course date in order to ensure seat availability. However, AccessIT Training Services will honor last-minute registrations if space is available and full payment is received. Additionally, a waiting list is available.

* PLEASE NOTE: A valid photo ID is required for admittance to all AccessIT classes.

Prerequisites

Some courses require prerequisites; meeting these prerequisites ensures a beneficial learning environment for both you and the entire class. If in doubt about your experience or training needs, please contact AITTS register@accessitgroup.com or call 866-748-2484 for assistance in determining the proper class for you.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you must cancel your registration, you may reschedule to a future class or receive a full refund when applicable. AccessIT Training Services requires notification of cancelled registrations in writing at least 10 business days before the scheduled class date to avoid cancellation/reschedule fee. Substitute attendees are welcome provided advance notice is given and substitutes meet course prerequisites. You may only reschedule a maximum of two times.

Whenever possible, AccessIT Training Services will give at least 10 business days notice if a class must be canceled or rescheduled. In the unlikely event of a canceled class, payment will be refunded or credited to a future class. If rescheduled dates are not suitable, AccessIT Training Services’ liability will be limited to a refund of up to the actual fee paid. AccessIT Training Services liability or responsibility does not extend to travel or lodging expenses incurred by attendees. All travel and accommodation expenses are the responsibility of the customer.

Facilities and Personnel

AccessIT Training Services is an authorized training center (ATC) for Check Point's FireWall-1 and an ATP for Nokia Security Administrator. Our instructors are both Check Point Certified (CCSI) and Nokia Certified. All instructors have extensive experience with TCP/IP, Internet applications and firewall installation, maintenance and troubleshooting. Their experience with FireWall-1 for UNIX and NT systems includes real-world configurations and installations.

Our multi-platform, state-of-the-art training facility includes both Internet and firewall servers to provide students the full benefit of hands-on experience.
